Patonga is located at the bottom of the map around C6 (see close-up section of Patonga at bottom left hand corner of map).'

Broken Bay Sport and Recreation Centre is an undertaking of the New South Wales State Government. Its purpose is to assist the people of NSW participate in sport and educational and recreational activities. The centre is located at the mouth of the Hawkesbury River and can only be accessed by boat. Find out more at www.dsr.nsw.gov.au/brokenbay

Getting There
The easiest way to get to Blues Across the Bay is by ferry from Patonga and your all-inclusive ticket covers entry to the festival as well as your Patonga-BBSRC-Patonga ferry fare. If your don’t know how to get to Patonga please check out www.whereis.com. Allow time to find a parking spot in Patonga and meet at the wharf to have your ticket checked, put on your security armband, and board the ferry.
Bring along your esky with all your provisions for the afternoon as there are no shops at Broken Bay Sport and Recreation Centre. Bring along picnic chairs or rugs to sit on. When the ferry reaches Broken Bay Sport and Recreation Centre all eskies, chairs etc. will be loaded onto a truck and delivered to the picnic/concert site which is a pleasant 10-minute easy walk. Please let staff know if you are unable to walk and require transport from the ferry to the festival site.
Coming from Palm Beach
If you are coming from Palm Beach on the ferry you need to check ferry times with Palm Beach Ferries on (02) 9974 2411 to make sure that you are at Patonga before 11am.
Coming from Brooklyn
If you are coming from Brooklyn on the Hawkesbury River there will be a ferry to take you to Blues Across the Bay and return you to Brooklyn again after the event. When you purchase your Blues Across the Bay ticket/s please let us know if you are coming from Brooklyn. The ticket you purchase will be a festival ticket only and your ferry fare will be charged by the ferry. You will need to phone the Brooklyn Ferry on (02) 9985 7566 to find out departure times from Brooklyn and arrival times back at Brooklyn after the event. If you intend to travel by train to Brooklyn you will need to get off at Hawkesbury River station. Please check with www.cityrail.info/ for train times and to find out if there is trackwork.
Making your own way to BBSRC
If you are traveling to Blues Across the Bay in your own boat please book your ticket/s beforehand and make your way directly to the merchandising tent to collect your security armband/s on arrival.
Private boats MUST NOT TIE UP TO THE WHARF at Broken Bay Sport & Rec. Centre. Passengers can be dropped off at the wharf but boats must be either anchored off the beach or (small boats) pulled up and secured on the beach.
